I'd give it negative stars if I could. I would recommend other health care providers before Eagle. I find it funny that I come here to write my review and my old care provider is still on here and she left well over 4 years ago.

I became ill in 2011, was not informed that my doctor (Lemene) left the practice until my parents were renewing insurance and were trying to verify my doctor office/care provider was in network. I became even sicker and developed a chronic illness in 2012. I had a fainting incident that led me to use one of their cardiologists to figure out what was the cause and how to help me. I had multiple tests done, one that actually turning out to be a positive result but I was still left untreated as this person did not know how to treat the condition she thought I had. I was sent to another doctor in Winston Salem and he was no help. I came back to her and she told me that she did not know what to do with me. I asked to be referred to another doctor. I went to another cardiologist at Lebauer Health. Within the first visit, he looked at my tilt test and told me I did have POTS syndrome, what we were going to do to treat me, and how to manage life. He did more for me than they did those first few months after my first faint.

Also, switched my primary after having a doctor not listen to me when I tried talking to her about my concerns about a medication and she went in and out of the room during an routine exam. The other had me waiting well after the clinic closed because he was just slow at getting to his patients. When I went to my new care provider at Labauer, she switched meds for me because also the medication I was put on was slowing my heart rate too much and making me too fatigued to function. I have been an advocate for others to hear what I have been through as I was being 'treated' by a doctor who did not know how to treat me but was happy to rack up thousands of dollars in medical bills.

And the best part is, if you owe them money after they do something like this to you---
you can go on a ridiculous payment plan and if you miss a month or so, it is turned over to collections. Then, they refuse to see you as a patient/withhold mediation from you that most people need because of chronic conditions because they didn't get their money. But....you haven't received a call, email, letter, or ANY form of communication in the past couple of months.

They are looking out for the health of others, guys. I tell ya what.

Save yourself trouble and look else where.
